During this crucial packing process, utmost attention is given to prevent collisions, while comprehensive anti-collision and moisture-proof treatments are diligently applied to ensure the highest level of product protection.
Packing requirements:
A. Contract number that corresponds to the shipment.
B. The precise date when the product is ready for shipment.
C. Total product volume and the complete gross weight.
D. The weight of a single package must be strictly limited to a maximum of 20 tons.
The packing list for products slated for shipment should be meticulously prepared in both Chinese and English, adhering to the format specified by the buyer. This list must encapsulate all vital details: contract number, serial number, packing number, device name, gross and net weight, dimensions (length, width, and height) of each packing case, total volume, and the precise packing form.
On the four adjacent sides of each packing case, the Seller must print with clarity the following markings using indelible paint in distinctive English letters:
A. Contract number; B. Shipping mark in vibrant red paint (as determined by the buyer)
C. Port of destination: Djibouti; D. Consignee: Ethiopian Airlines Group
E. Detailed equipment name and model specifications; F. Case number/piece number for identification; G. Gross and net weight;
H. Dimensions (length * width * height, expressed in mm); For products weighing 2 tons or more, it is essential to indicate the center of gravity and lanyard position on both sides of the packing box. This should be done using English and universally recognized transportation marks and patterns in international trade. In alignment with the product's characteristics, clear instructions such as "gently," "do not turn upside down," and "keep dry," along with corresponding marking patterns in English or international trade symbols, should be prominently printed on the packaging box.
