A comprehensive packing list in both Chinese and English must be prepared, formatted as per the buyer's guidelines. This list should encapsulate details such as the contract number, serial number, packing number, device description, gross and net weights, dimensions (length, width, height) of each case, total volume, and the packing form.
On each of the four sides of every packing case, the Seller must conspicuously print the following details using indelible paint in prominent English letters:
A. Contract number; B. Shipping mark in red paint (as specified by the buyer)
C. Final port of destination: Djibouti; D. Consignee: Ethiopian Airlines Group
E. Equipment's name along with model specifications; F. Case and piece numbers; G. Gross and net weights
H. Dimensions (length x width x height, in mm). For items weighing 2 tons or more, the center of gravity and lanyard positions should be precisely marked on both sides of the packing box in English, accompanied by standard transportation symbols and patterns recognized in international trade. Based on product characteristics, words like "Handle with Care", "This Side Up", "Keep Dry" and their corresponding marks should be clearly and prominently printed on the packaging.
