Production Process
The storage cage production process encompasses mesh and chassis manufacturing.
Mesh components are precision-cut and welded into semi-finished parts. Most are galvanized, with some choosing plastic treatment, though galvanized offers superior rust resistance. Wire diameter is crucial for load capacity.
The chassis is shaped from raw plates using a bending machine. Typically, plates are 1.8 or 2.5, cut and manually welded into channel steel, with chassis transfer being key for load support.
Bottom mesh and channel steel welding comes in two forms: manual, which may lack consistency, and the Shanghai full welding technique, where each contact point is machine-welded for superior strength.
Final assembly of mesh and chassis is completed with springs and return buckles, ensuring durability and reliability.
