A comprehensive packing list must accompany the products slated for shipment. This list, presented in both Chinese and English, adheres to the buyer's specified format and includes the contract number, serial number, packing number, device name, gross weight, net weight, dimensions (length, width, and height) of each packing case, volume, and form of packing.
On each of the four adjacent sides of every packing case, the Seller is required to print the following marks with bold and distinctive English letters using indelible paint:
A. Contract number; B. Shipping mark (red paint), as specified by the buyer
C. Port of destination: Djibouti; D. Consignee: Ethiopian Airlines Group
E. Equipment name and model specifications; F. Case number/piece number; G. Gross/net weight;
H. Dimensions (length * width * height, expressed in mm). For items weighing 2 tons or more, the center of gravity and lanyard position must be clearly indicated on both sides of the packing box. This should include English labels and conventional transport symbols recognized in international trade. Based on the product's characteristics, phrases such as "gently," "do not turn upside down," "keep dry," along with the corresponding symbols in English or international trade, should be prominently printed on the packaging box to ensure safe handling.
